Relationship Therapy in Austin, TX & Online Across Texas

If the same painful patterns keep showing up in your relationships, therapy can help you understand why—and change what happens next.

When your relationships feel steady, life feels lighter.

When they’re stuck in conflict, shutdown, or confusion, that stress spills into everything — work, sleep, decisions, and self-trust.

I provide relationship therapy for adults and couples who want to interrupt repeating patterns and build connection that holds up under real-life pressure.

You may notice patterns like:

→repeating the same arguments
→feeling responsible for others’ emotions
→shutting down or withdrawing during conflict
→losing your voice when conversations get tense
→second-guessing yourself after disagreements
→feeling stuck between staying and leaving
→attracting emotionally unavailable or high-conflict partners

You’ve Already Tried to Solve This

Most people who seek relationship therapy here are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware.

They’ve read the books.
They’ve reflected deeply.

But when stress rises, the same patterns still take over.

Therapy helps you see those cycles clearly — and change what happens when they start.

How This Work Helps

My work focuses on identifying and interrupting relational patterns that show up under pressure.

These patterns often form early and become automatic when emotions run high.

In therapy, we work to:

→ slow conflict down enough to see the pattern
→ understand your nervous system under stress
→ recognize the roles each person falls into
→ build the capacity to stay present in difficult moments
→ practice repair in real time

This isn’t about analyzing problems endlessly.

It’s about building the ability to respond differently when it matters most.

My approach integrates somatic therapy, attachment-based work, and real-time relational practice to create change that is both practical and lasting.

M E T H O D → Foundations: Phase I

A structured starting point designed to create real momentum.

In this phase, we focus on:

  • identifying the patterns that keep repeating

  • slowing automatic reactions in real time

  • building early capacity for honesty, repair, and more grounded choices

This work often begins with weekly 90-minute sessions over approximately 12 weeks.

From there, we reassess together.

Some clients continue deepening the work and stabilizing what’s changing.
Others shift into less frequent sessions or more focused support.

There’s no one-size timeline.

Most people begin to notice meaningful shifts early on—and continue building from there.

The pace is shaped by the depth of the patterns and what you’re ready to create through this work.

As patterns begin to shift, many clients notice:

• fewer explosive arguments
• faster repair
• clearer boundaries
• greater self-trust
• more steadiness in difficult conversations

Disagreements don’t disappear—
but they stop feeling like emotional landmines.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you’re ready to understand and change the patterns shaping your relationships, the next step is scheduling a consultation.

In this conversation, we’ll talk through what’s been happening and whether this approach fits your goals.

This Power Path is the work of realignment—
coming back to yourself, choosing courage, and creating a life you’re proud of,
with relationships that don't require you to disappear.
