It’s a structured conversation designed to help you:

• identify the relational patterns that may be influencing your decisions
• reconnect with your own judgment and values
• explore the options available to you

The purpose of this session is to slow things down so clarity can emerge.
During a Clarity Session we may explore:
• the history and dynamics of the relationship or situation
• the patterns that tend to repeat under stress
• your emotional and nervous system responses
• competing responsibilities, values, or fears
• what your next step might realistically look like
Sometimes the outcome is a clear decision.
Sometimes the outcome is a deeper understanding of what needs attention moving forward.
Either way, the goal is greater clarity and self-trust.
Clarity Sessions tend to be especially helpful when:
• you are unsure whether to continue a relationship
• you are recovering from a high-conflict or narcissistic relationship
• you are noticing familiar patterns showing up again
• you want to understand your own reactions more clearly

These sessions can also serve as a starting point for ongoing therapy if deeper work would be helpful.
Clarity Sessions are extended individual sessions conducted via secure telehealth.
