Weekly Group Therapy | New cohort forming soon
(Applications currently open – inquire below to learn more)
Speak your truth.
Learn how to relate without losing yourself.
You’re great at performing the version of you that makes people comfortable.
You keep the peace, swallow your truth, and manage other people’s emotions better than your own.
But deep down… you’re craving something real.
This is the space to stop performing and start relating.
In this group, you’ll get honest feedback, safe practice, and a chance to show up as yourself—without the armor.
This Group Is for You If…
You’re tired of people-pleasing, shrinking, or caretaking in relationships
You avoid conflict but feel resentful inside
You crave intimacy but feel disconnected or unsure how to trust it
You want to learn how to set boundaries without guilt or shame
What Happens Here
Relating in Reality isn’t a lecture or a workbook. It’s a living, breathing process.
Each week, we gather in real time to:
Notice our relational habits as they happen
Practice clear, direct, and compassionate communication
Get curious—not critical—about our triggers, reactions, and patterns
Build trust in ourselves and others through actual connection
Why Group Work Works
Individual therapy helps you understand yourself.
Group work helps you understand yourself in relationship.
In here, we don’t just talk about relationships—we do them.
You’ll have the chance to:
See how others experience you
Practice naming your needs and holding your boundaries
Try on new ways of being—and feel what actually fits
No performance. No perfection. Just practice.
